The Process
Phase 1: Consultation In our first meeting we establish an overall strategy to
accomplish the goals of your project. This is done by getting to know you and your business, gathering information and marketing materials you may wish to include on your website
and/or CD project, and bringing you up to date on what can be done in your multimedia project. Read Project Planning
for both website and CD
Phase 2: Initial Design From our careful analysis of information gathered in Phase 1, we consider logical navigation and site
structure combined with a design that suits your company distinctly. Our extensive experience enables
us to create a multimedia project that will remain visually pleasing and functional for all browsers and computer settings. We then develop a working model to present to you for feedback.

Phase 3: Complete Development In this third stage, we fully develop your multimedia project, both visually and technically, while
maintaining contact with you. We carefully take into account the preferences of both experienced and novice end-users as we bring your project to life.

Phase 4: Implementation Once you approve the project, we go forward to upload your site to the Internet or to put your CD project
into the duplication stage. As you measure the impact of your site, we anticipate the need for added
features and expansion. We design a flexible site for you with this in mind, understanding the evolving
nature of the Web. We will continue to work with you to ensure that your site is completely satisfactory to your needs. Read more about Deployment
