Project Preparation

Once the proposal has been accepted, both G-Wiz Media and the client move into the preparation stage.

By the client

The client gathers all the material discussed. This includes text, images, audio, and video. Also at this point, the client must make the business decisions or arrangements regarding features to be included, hosting/domain registration, etc. that have not already been established.

By G-Wiz Media

Dewgraphix develops detailed flowcharts for the interface structure as well as the information storage structure, and established file naming and storage conventions.

We develop at least two preliminary overall design concepts and present them for review.

Prep Together

Once an overall design concept is chosen, G-Wiz Media develops a more detailed design based on the concept and incorporating as many of the levels and detailed as possible at this stage. Ongoing discussion with the client is required through this phase, especially for larger sites, to ensure that all information is included and appropriately organized. The detailed design is presented for review.
