access to your statistics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who can access the data? Any authorized person using a standard web browser and the correct username and password can view the "TracAttack" tracking data.
Is there a limit to how many items "TracAttack" can track? "TracAttack" tracking is completely scaleable. We can track a Bizcard CD-ROM with as few as 3 or 4
pages, to a catalog with thousands of items.
What tracking statistics are included? We have various reports that are part of the standard tracking package. We can also work with you to
build custom report screens if you require.
Is it possible to put the "TracAttack" technology on our existing CD-ROM? Yes, we can add our "TracAttack" tracking technology to any existing CD-ROM.
Does the viewer have the option to "Opt Out" of the tracking of personal information such
as: name, address, city, state, zip code, phone and e-mail address from the CD-ROM? A privacy statement can be presented on each "TracAttack" enabled Bizcard CD-ROM. The viewer has
the option to "opt out" of the tracking if they wish to do so. However, if the view chooses the "Opt Out"
they then become an "Anonymous User" and the tracking is still used. On the report, these are reported
as "Anonymous User" and the name of the viewer along with the name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and e-mail address are omitted.
